Add to ORKGDesign „micro-urbanism“ in designated area. Aim of this work is to find suitable development strategy of open city block. Bachelor‘s thesis adresses design of poly-functional building, including town hall and housing in city Brno. The main theme is to find maximal, yet optimal solution to site, which functions as parking space. The design tries to complete corner of designated city block, which will be part of future „south“ neighbourhood. The townhall and housing should function in harmony, which means the building will „live“ all-day long. The site is located in the node of historic centre and new planned neighbourhood.
